In practice, this constant monitoring provides us with the ability, where possible, to take advantage of the latest energy-saving equipment and adopt more environmentally friendly practices. We hope to reduce our carbon footprint within the event management industry.
Conference lighting and special effects generally demand high levels of electricity, so when selecting the best solution for our client’s event, we always recommend low energy products if they are available. In doing this we help to minimise the energy consumption demanded for an event whilst also keeping the drive by our clients to lower their carbon footprint.
If when building staging we use timber, our objective is always to source from suppliers who stock sustainable timber certified by either the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) Schemes .
