Conference Craft was commissioned by Ball Associates to produce and project manage a large scale awards dinner for the Thistle Hotel chain at Tower Bridge. All aspects of the event were supervised in-house. This included pre-production filming of the winning hotels which was edited down to music and played during the awards. Our graphics department designed and produced all of the content for the event including the nominee, raffle and awards slides. All content was shown on two 16:9 aperture screens which formed part of an ambitious bespoke build set. 5 separate flown truss sections accommodating extensive lighting, sound and projection equipment complimented the set and room requirements comprehensively. The event was a resounding success!
