Conference Craft was delighted to be a part of the most recent annual WOW Awards, and as 2018 also marked the Award’s 10th Anniversary, it was certain to be an unforgettable occasion. Over 400 guests attended the event, which was a fantastic celebration of the very best in customer experience delivery.
Each year, the WOW Awards provides a brilliant platform for recognition of those who work in the customer centric world and who provide an exemplary service to those fortunate enough to be served by them. Having provided event production services at previous WOW Awards, Conference Craft was thrilled to be able to provide our bespoke services at this year’s event too.
Our Event Management Service
The event was held at the end of November at the iconic Pavilion, nestled in the shadow of the Tower of London, and our Events Director oversaw the complete technical running and proceedings of the event. Complex and extensive time management was key to ensuring the event went perfectly to task, with acute coordination and scheduling forming the basis upon which to set our objectives.
We are pleased to say the event was a triumph and the awards ran with precise efficiency. We are very proud to have provided our service this year and we look forward to more opportunities to work with the Wow Awards again in the future.
