Stakeholders’ Meeting for a Major Infrastructure Company
Just last week, Conference Craft has completed a stakeholders’ meeting for a major infrastructure company. This hybrid (live & online) event was held to present a new stage of this significant construction project, gathering all entities involved including its three main contractors.
The event was held on-site for a live audience of over 200 people and Conference Craft was responsible for supplying all the audio-visual equipment which, in this case, included an outdoor LED wall on the stage alongside a few repeat monitors, installing a robust sound system suitable for the audience size and outdoor noise environment. A relay camera was used for the speaker to appear on screens, and played out video content of this particular machinery starting its works, offering a seamless experience to all of the attendees, virtual or otherwise.
