For over a decade, Conference Craft has served as the trusted technical partner for the Colosseum Dental Awards, working in close collaboration with W2 Events. This flagship annual event has evolved significantly, moving from West London to its current home at The Celtic Manor Resort in Coldra Woods, Newport, South East Wales.
The event is a complex, large-scale production that requires a seamless end-to-end experience, transitioning from an engaging daytime conference into a spectacular evening awards gala and after-party.
The primary objective was to deliver full event production and technical management that supports multiple formats and atmospheres within a single venue.

Precision Audio: We utilised 12” EM Acoustics speakers with 8” infills, professionally flown from carefully planned points in the ceiling. This ensured even, high-quality audio coverage for maximum impact during both presentations and the awards.
Visual Impact: High-performance Panasonic laser projectors were deployed to deliver crisp content and clear video displays.
Dynamic Lighting: Our lighting design was crucial for the atmosphere change; it emphasised the 3-dimensional aspect of the centre stage and livened the room as the event transitioned into the evening party.
Bespoke Staging: The team delivered a custom backdrop and stage design that is refreshed annually to provide a new feel while retaining the core Colosseum Dental identity.
